CoWorkTampa today announced it has been recognized as winner of the 2018 Coworker Members’ Choice Award for Tampa, Florida. Members’ Choice award winners were determined based on the thousands of reviews, votes and opinions collected in a single year from coworking space members worldwide.

Commenting on the achievement, founder Chris Arnoldi said, “For the past seven years we have continuously upgraded and expanded our space. Starting with just over 4,000 square feet, we are now completing our 5th expansion and have a workspace that is nearly 20,000 square feet. What’s most exciting is that over the next six months our members will see some of our best improvements yet; including updating our entrance and bathrooms, as well as transforming one of our multiple coworking spaces into more of a business lounge. You might expect coffee at any coworking facility, but do you expect good coffee? If you’re at CoWorkTampa, you should. We now proudly serve coffee from Zeal Coffee Roasters, an organic local coffee brand.

We want everyone to have plenty of space to work, so we’ve added seven new coworking tables complete with ethernet ports to accommodate everyone.

Larger Kitchen Area
Our kitchen area is a great space to relax and have a conversation with a fellow coworker. Now, you’ve got more room than ever including more counter space.

New 70″ Presentation Screen
Giving a presentation? We’ve now got a new 70” screen you can use for projecting your PowerPoint or video.

Second Pool Table
At CoWorkTampa, we value work and play. Check out our new second pool table and take a break with a coworker- you deserve it.

Premium Dedicated Desks
Our new dedicated desks give you your own space, complete with dividers, file cabinets, and extra chairs for meetings.

Additional 5,000 Square Feet
We’ve expanded! To make room for all our great members we’ve added 5,000 square feet of space to accommodate more coworking tables, private offices, dedicated desks, phone booths, and more.

For those of you who want your own private space to get work done, we’ve got you covered. We’ve got 13 new private offices, bringing our overall total to 31!

Leading startup accelerator Dreamit has selected CoWorkTampa as the office space for their newest vertical. Working together with Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik, Dreamit is launching UrbanTech, a program focused on technologies and innovations impacting the development and management of real estate, city infrastructure, and aspects of how individuals and companies interact within an urban setting.

CoWorkTampa, located in the historic Garcia & Vega Cigar Factory, is a coworking space founded in 2012. It has grown into one of the standout facilities in Tampa for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and remote employees. With nearly 15,000 square feet of office space, CoWorkTampa provides its members with a combination of private offices, conference rooms, open coworking spaces, private phone booths, and more.

With this latest addition, CoWorkTampa has solidified itself as a leader in coworking in Tampa, a rising tech hub.
